Sheila's Miniature Quilts | Print |

I have posted these quilts for Sheila in the forum..

They are sooo cute that I thought I'd share them out here in the blog too..

It was Sheila's interest in miniatures and making these tiny quilts that got her interested in quilting Smile

You can see how tiny these quilts are by looking at the 50 pence coin..  They have been quilted properly too Smile

PS. an English 50 Pence coin is  27.30 mm (1.07 inches) in diameter.

Hi,

Simon here I thought I'd just show off a bit.

I have taken Sheila's photo above and photoshoped it a little,

I hope you like the modifications Sheila Smile

Just a simple crop, level adjustment and color saturation adjustment but I think it makes a difference. I'm planning to do something similar to the images on the forum. If I get time.

However if you'd like to send your quilt photos in I'll touch them up and put them into the gallery. (Members only please)

I enjoyed viewing these mini quilts. I have been making doll quilts for clients, they are time consuming, but a lot of fun.

This is a very good idea, making minitures of the quilts you have made. Something for the doll house or for your favoriate little girl's best dolly. Lots of work but a great idea.
